Terms of Use Agreement
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of the Coco Frutti Rewards and Gift Card. The use of any Coco Frutti Rewards and Gift Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
Use of Coco Frutti Gift Dollars:
The Coco Frutti Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at participating Coco Frutti restaurants. The Coco Frutti Gift dollars allows user to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount on your Coco Frutti Gift dollars do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Adding dollars to your Coco Frutti Gift Card
You can add dollars to your Coco Frutti Gift Card at any participating store of Coco Frutti restaurants. A minimum value of $10.00 is required per new Coco Frutti Gift Card activation.
Use of Coco Frutti Rewards Account:
REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online through www.cocofrutti.com and link your Coco Frutti Rewards card to your profile to become a privileged member.
BENEFITS
All Coco Frutti Rewards card holders who are valid members will be able to obtain 5 points per dollar spent pre-tax at any participating Coco Frutti Restaurant. Plus privileged members may earn promotions from time to time based on the amount of dollars spent and number of purchases conducted at the same participating Coco Frutti Restaurant.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time. The promotions are printed on the Coco Frutti Rewards receipts or are emailed to members and are applicable for a limited time and at the identified participating location.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
Coco Frutti Rewards and Restaurants cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.
POINTS REDEMPTIONS
Only registered Coco Frutti Rewards Points can be redeemed for future purchases at any participating Coco Frutti Rewards Restaurant.
TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All Coco Frutti Rewards and Points that have not been used for 365 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired.
MODIFICATIONS
Coco Frutti Rewards and participating Coco Frutti Restaurants reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate Coco Frutti Rewards program, to alter, limit, modify or add to the Coco Frutti Rewards program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.cocofrutti.com.
Protect your Card
You can register your Coco Frutti Rewards and Gift Card online at www.cocofrutti.com to protect the balance on the card. Your Coco Frutti account blanaces are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged gift card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.
Card Balances
You can obtain the balances of your Coco Frutti Rewards and Gift Card by visiting any participating Coco Frutti restaurant and or online at our website. Any time you conduct a Coco Frutti Rewards and or Gift Card transaction, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the gift card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.
Errors
Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating Coco Frutti restaurant. Coco Frutti shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating restaurant location. We reserve the right not to accept, load or re-issue any Coco Frutti Rewards and Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
Entire Agreement
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and Coco Frutti , and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
